CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I'VE ALREADY PAID?
We try our best to give our customers top notch customer service. If you would like to make changes to your order, email us an hour after you have submitted payment at hairdiariesllc@gmail.com with “Urgent Order Status” in the subject box and include your order number and full name.
Unfortunately we do not offer REFUNDS. but we do accept EXCHANGES within 7 days after your package is received.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE TO MAKE MY PAYMENT? 

We offer the following payment methods: Paypal and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY VIRGIN HAIR LAST?
Our hair lasts up to two years or more if its taken care properly.

​HOW MANY BUNDLE SHOULD I SHOULD PURCHASE?

For a natural look purchase 2-3 bundles of hair for a fuller more luxurious look purchase 3-5 bundles. Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight the rule is "The longer the hair, the shorter the weft." 

CAN I COLOR MY VIRGIN HAIR?
Yes, this hair is unprocessed but once you have applied color be sure to take very good care of it. Treat it like your natural hair use color treated shampoo and conditioner and try to stay away from alcohol/sulfate ingredients in the products.
